Peanut butter, cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk
There’s no denying that peanut butter is one of the best partners for chocolate. It pairs amazingly with the rich, buttery taste of the chocolate. We make the peanut butter creamy and smooth by blending it with cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. The peanut butter cream cheese filling is creamy and smooth, but not too sweet. The sweetened condensed milk adds just the right amount of sweetness to the filling. We also add peanut butter pieces to the cheesecake filling for a little extra peanut flavor. And the best part is that you can make the peanut butter cheesecake bites without baking!
How to make No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bites?
These peanut butter cheesecake bites are surprisingly easy to make. All you need is a food processor, a large bowl and some patience. Place all the ingredients into the bowl and process from low to high speed for 3 minutes, or until everything is smooth and creamy. This recipe makes approximately 32 cheesecake bites. If you have a small food processor, you can make 2 batches of the cheesecake filling. Some of the peanut butter filling may overflow from the small food processor bowl. 1. Why does the cheesecake filling need to be processed for 3 minutes?
We recommend processing the filling for 3 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you process it for less time, the mixture will be too thin. If you process it for more time, the mixture will be too thick.
2. Why should I add the peanut butter mixture to the frozen peanut butter cheesecake bites?
When you put the peanut Butter Cheesecake Bites back in the freezer, they will start to firm up. If you put them back in the freezer right away, they will start to harden again. 3. Why should I use an airtight container when storing the peanut butter cheesecake bites?
