No Bake Biscoff Cheesecake – Perfect Recipe for Dessert

Biscoff is a Danish cookie made from finely crushed Biscuit Cookies mixed with sugar and eggs. The result is a chewy cookie that tastes like heaven in a dessert. This No Bake Biscoff Cheesecake is the easiest recipe for a delicious dessert – it only takes 10 minutes to put together and only requires 5 ingredients. Basically I love all things cheesecake, but some of my favorite ones are always based around biscoff, so I wanted to make this cheesecake in the name of all things blue.

Biscoff cheesecake is a classic Danish dessert and one of the most popular desserts in the entire country. The recipe is very simple and only requires a few ingredients to make. Ingredients for biscoff cheesecake are:

  • Heavy cream: You can use full fat, low fat or even water. It’s up to you.
  • Biscoff cookies: Make sure they are made from all natural ingredients and are gluten-free. You can find them in the baking section of many grocery stores.
  • Eggs: Go for 2 eggs, extra or regular.
  • Artificial sweetener: I used erythritol for this recipe.
  • Natural fats: For the base, you can use butter or ghee. For the filling, you can use cream cheese, mascarpone cheese or even sour cream.
  • Vanilla extract: For the flavor and texture.
  • Sugar: For the topping.

How to make biscoff cheesecake

The first thing you’ll do is to make the biscoff cookies. You can make them from scratch or use a mix. For the mix, you should use all natural ingredients such as: -Biscoff cookies: You can use Snackwell brand or any other brand of Biscoff cookies. You can either bake the cookies until they are golden brown or use a kitchen mixer and mix them until fluffy.

How to make No Bake Biscoff Cheesecake

Start by following this no bake biscoff cheesecake recipe. The first thing you’ll want to do is put the butter, sugar and eggs in the mixing bowl. Using an electric stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Once creamed, add in the biscoff and continue to mix until everything is well combined and you have a smooth cheesecake batter.

Change up the flavor of biscoff by adding in your favorite spices

While the sweetness of the cheesecake is great, you want to amp up the flavor so that your guests definitely taste it but also the spices and coffee. Experimenting with the spices in this recipe is really up to you. You can add in anise, ground clover, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, saffron, etc. Spices are great for adding a nice flavor to many things, and in this case they will only make your cheesecake taste better.

Coconut is the king of all meats and dairy-free ingredients, so it’s no secret that it’s one of my all-time favorite ingredients. It’s extremely easy to overdo it with the coconut in desserts like this, but you don’t want to go overboard. To keep things simple and make this a true no-bake cheesecake, you want to use fresh coconut.

This ice cream is so easy to make and you can make it ahead of time and freeze it. If you want to make it for a party or social gathering, simply put it in an 8-ounce baggie and freeze it. When you’re ready to make it, just put it in the refrigerator and wait until it is firm before serving.
