How to Make Crispy Sweet Potato Wedges

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Halve the sweet potatoes lengthwise and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake for about 15 minutes until the sweet potatoes are crisp and pale in color.

The Best Way to Add A Crunch

As soon as you take these out of the oven, you can start to add your own crunch by adding broccoli, nuts or other vegetables you like. If you want to get more creative, you can even try adding some seeds or dried fruits. Once the sweet potatoes are done baking, it’s time to add your topping. You can use whatever you like—peanuts, cashews, seeds, dried fruits or vegetables. We love to use whatever is left in the bowl when we’re done baking. You can add your toppings at the same time as the sweet potatoes, or you can serve them on their own.
